# Administrate your project board as a Member

# How to administrate your project board?

👤 You need to be a **project board administrator** to be able to manage its settings.

* Open your **board** and go to **three-dots menu** in the right corner
* Click on **Board settings**
* From here, you will be able to:

* Appoint **board admins**
* Decide whether the board should be **public** or **private**
* Define who can manage **board assignations** (board admins or all board members)
* Define who can manage **board layout** (board admins or all board members)
* Define **completion column**

**📌 Note**: Circle admins are board admins by default. It can be changed in the board settings.

# Install project board integration

Project board integration allows seamless link of your project board with external tools like **Asana, Trello, Jira**, and **Basecamp**. By syncing tasks, deadlines, and progress updates across platforms, teams can now maintain a single source of truth while working within their preferred toolsets. How to do it?

* Open your **project board**
* Click on **Integrations** button in the three-dots menu
* Choose the tool and click on **Enable**
* You will be redirected to the tool of choice to give it access to your Holaspirit account. Click on **Allow** to install the integration.
* Chose a board and list to finish, **save** the changes

Once integrated, **all tasks will be sent** from Holaspirit to the installed project management tool. You can **access** them with a **link** displayed on the Holaspirit project board. The integrated boards can be easily **spotted** with the **integrated tool icon** on the **board views**.

📌 **Note**: You can integrate **only one** external tool per board.
