# Holaspirit integrations

Connect Holaspirit to other apps to easily embed it in your workflow. Holaspirit has integrations with multiple services – take a look at the overview below.

📌 **Note**: There are different types of integration in Holaspirit — for Circles and for Users. The different types of integrations determine how they can be installed, used and managed on Holaspirit.

# Apps for notifications

Receive Holaspirit notifications via other services.

When installed, notifications about Holaspirit events are sent directly to [Slack](https://help.holaspirit.com/en/articles/4700364-slack-integration) or [Teams](https://help.holaspirit.com/en/articles/5862676-how-to-set-up-microsoft-teams-integration-for-your-circle) channel. Email notifications aren't automatically turned off.

# Apps for Project Boards

Import your Holaspirit tasks to other apps:

* **Asana**
* **Basecamp**
* **Jira**
* **Trello**

When installed, tasks won't be accessible in Holaspirit anymore. The Projects tab on your circle page shows a link to the external app that is set up. All the circle's projects created in meetings in Holaspirit will automatically be sent to the integrated app.

# How to install integrations for project boards?

Project board integration allows seamless link of your project board with external tools like **Asana, Trello, Jira**, and **Basecamp**. By syncing tasks, deadlines, and progress updates across platforms, teams can now maintain a single source of truth while working within their preferred toolsets. How to do it?

* Open your **project board**
* Click on **Integrations** button in the three-dots menu
* Choose the tool and click on **Enable**
* You will be redirected to the tool of choice to give it access to your Holaspirit account. Click on **Allow** to install the integration.
* Chose a board and list to finish, **save** the changes

Once integrated, **all tasks will be sent** from Holaspirit to the installed project management tool. You can **access** them with a **link** displayed on the Holaspirit project board. The integrated boards can be easily **spotted** with the **integrated tool icon** on the **board views**.


📌 **Note**: You can integrate **only one** external tool per board.

# Apps for tasks management

If you use Omnifocus or Todoist, easily **connect these tools to your Holaspirit's off-board taks** and make it easier to track your tasks.

## How to install and authorize the app

* Go to **My account**
* Click on **Integrations**
* Click on **Activate** next to the chosen integration
