Now you can represent traditional reporting lines alongside your roles structure, making it easier to see **who reports to whom**, comply with legal requirements, and visualize the human side of your organization. 🆕 **What’s new?** * **Manager & Job title fields**: Once activated by admins, each member profile gets two new fields – *Manager* and *Job titl*le. * **Flexible setup**: Admins decide whether only administrators or all members can appoint managers and job titles. * **Easy updates**: Assign managers individually from a member’s profile or use **bulk actions** in the Members dashboard. No more switching between tasks, meetings, OKRs, elections, and proposals. This digest brings together **everything that requires your attention**, all in one place!  🆕 **What’s new?** * A **summary email** sent automatically every day or  every Monday of the week, with your key actions. * **Fully personalized content**, including tasks due, metrics & checklists to complete, scheduled meetings, OKRs approaching the end of their timeline, elections reaching their term date and proposals awaiting your input. To configure it, go to **My Account > Notifications** and:  * Select the digest frequency, daily or weekly. * Choose exactly what you want to include : tasks, meetings, checklists, metrics, OKRs, elections, and proposals. You can now assign **multiple owners**, ensuring better continuity and shared responsibility, especially in growing teams or during role transitions. 🆕 **What’s new?** * The **initial owner** can now assign **multiple owners.** * Only **admins** can be made owners. * Only **owners** can add or remove other owners. * No limit to the number of organization owners. This gives your team more autonomy and ensures smoother transitions. ⭐ ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/4/1/5/c415f7c7930b8000/capture-decran-2025-06-18-a-10_1vpdprj.png) ### 👍 Improvements * **Cleaner meeting reminders:** completed tasks no longer appear in meeting reminder emails, only what still needs action. * **Resizable Highlights legend:** adjust the width of the highlights legend on your governance chart to better read your highlights! * **Smarter activity log:** when using the progress slider on tasks and OKR’s Key results, only the final update within 4 seconds is logged to keep your activity feed clean. * **Clearer circle transformation:** when turning a circle into a role, the confirmation message now lists impacted elements with clickable links, just like circle deletion. ### 4th of June ### 🗑️ Circle and role deletion impact Deleting a role or circle can have big consequences: loss of roles and their content, sub-circles, projects, OKRs… Until now, these impacts weren’t clearly shown. To improve clarity and prevent mistakes, users now get a detailed alert before confirming a deletion. **What’s new?** * Clearer warning message highlighting that the action is irreversible * Collapsible sections showing impacted elements as links for quick access in order to re-assign them if necessary * Reassignment of objects to roles is still preserved on role deletion ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/c/4/1/5/c415f7c7930b8000/capture-decran-2025-06-04-a-09_y4h1hj.png) ### 📈 Smarter activity tracking for OKRs When users update a Key Result using the slider, the system used to log every small change, creating unnecessary noise in the Activity log. To keep things clean and relevant, only the *last update within 4 seconds* is now recorded. ### 👥 Clearer impact when removing a board member Removing someone from a project board? They’ll also be unassigned from all their tasks on that board. Only meetings marked as Tactical or Governance will be included in Holacracy add-on statistics. We're dissociating experimental features which can be enabled at member level and at organization level : * **Organization experiments** can only be enabled and disabled by admins for all members in the organization, activating the feature for everyone. * **Member experiments** are member-centric, members can enable and disable them for themselves only. For all members, these experiments are still manageable from the *Experiments features* entry in their avatar menu. #### 🆕 What's new with the Timeline view? * Members can **assign start and end dates to tasks** and subtasks. If only the end date is set, it will function as a due date, like before. * The ***Timeline view* is available for all members in the **Projects* app*, accessible in project boards and My Tasks (just like the Kanban and Hierarchy views). * The view allows **grouping the tasks** displayed on the timeline by role, label, board and more... * Tasks in the timeline can be **managed via drag-and-drop**, automatically updating start and end dates. * The *Timeline* view **can be enabled or disabled in the Holacracy** add-on to match strict Holacracy settings. If the add-on is enabled, this view is disabled by default but can be manually enabled.
