# How to add an extra project board?

When organizing your tasks, efficiency is key. By **adding a new task board**, you're expanding your organizational toolbox, allowing for clearer categorization and management. **Pinning** it as a favourite board ensures quick access to the most relevant tasks, streamlining your workflow and boosting productivity.

**📌 Note:** An extra project board cannot be added to your circle if [multiple board creation](https://help.holaspirit.com/en/article/administrate-project-boards-as-an-admin-1fb3uo/) was deactivated in the Administration Settings.

# How to add a task board to your circle?

* Go to **My boards** tab in your **Projects App**
* Click on **Add board**
* **Name** your new board and choose its **circle**
* Decide if the board should be **private** or **public**
* Click on **Add** button to confirm

📌  **Note**: You can also [duplicate an existing board](https://help.holaspirit.com/en/article/how-to-duplicate-a-project-board-j4s0xj/), all tasks will be copied then.

# Add your favourite boards to starred

* Go to **My boards** tab in your **Projects App**
* Select a board from **Others** section
* Click on **Add to starred button**, the board will then appear in the** Starred** section
