# How to cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to see you go!

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with Holaspirit, you may **cancel your subscription** at any time. After cancelling your subscription, you will have **access** to the platform until the end of its **prepaid service period**. At the end of this period, your workspace will be closed, and you will not be able to access the service any more.
