# How to duplicate a project board?

Duplicating a task board can streamline project management by replicating successful structures and workflows. It offers teams the opportunity to maintain consistency and efficiency across multiple projects or departments with minimal effort.

**📌 Note:** Project board cannot be duplicated if [multiple board creation](https://help.holaspirit.com/en/article/administrate-project-boards-as-an-admin-1fb3uo/) was deactivated in the Administration Settings.

# How to duplicate a project board?

* Go to **My boards** tab or **projects in your circle's page**
* Click on **three-dots menu** on the chosen board
* Choose to **duplicate board**
* **Rename** the copied board if needed
* Confirm by clicking on **Duplicate** button

**📌 Note:** All tasks of the duplicated board will be copied too. However, **assignations**, **due date**, **progress bar** and **attached OKRs** won't be saved.
