# Enable AI Assistant for your organisation


Our AI Assistant **simplifies the role and circle creation** process by offering real-time guidance, reducing the effort required. It ensures a **smoother governance evolution** by helping users stay aligned with best practices. Additionally, it enhances **user engagement** by making updates faster and more intuitive, freeing up time for more strategic tasks. It is easy to activate it:

* Go to the **Administration Settings**
* Select **AI Assistant** tab
* Switch the **toggle** to activate it
