# How to import proposals in meetings as the meeting Secretary?

Bringing proposals into a meeting ensures important topics are addressed efficiently. Holaspirit lets you import tensions and proposals so nothing gets lost between asynchronous work and live discussions.

# Who can import proposals to a meeting? 

If you're a Secretary or the host of a Governance meeting, you can import the proposals submitted asynchronously and currently in progress within your circle, to the meeting.

📌 **Note**: This is the only time the secretary can import an item for other members of the circle.

# How to import proposals in meetings? 

* Click on **Import** to see the list of your submitted proposals and those of the circle members
* Tick the box next to the proposal(s) you want to import
* Click on **Import** to confirm
