# Governance views: List and Chart

You can choose between two options: **Chart view**, which shows the organization's structure in **visual** format, and **List view**, focusing on **roles** and their **assignations**. The view can be personalized to show only your roles and circles, and can also be sorted to display roles in individual circles.

# Chart type: Holarchy, Network, Roles Relations

**Holarchy** chart illustrate the structure within an organization, helping to clarify the interconnections between various circles and roles. By visually organizing governance elements according to their levels of integration, holarchy chart facilitate better understanding and management of processes.

**Network of Teams** chart highlight inter-team connections and dependencies, promoting better communication and collaboration across circles. It helps your organization quickly identify and adapt to changes by showcasing dynamic relationships and fluid team structures, enhancing overall agility.

Roles Relation chart helps to visualize and illustrate every single relation between roles and teams (i.e. circle). That makes it easy for everyone in the organization to identify the relationships that are cross-circle, intra-role or patterns of formal communication.

# Customized chart views

Set up your own customisable chart views! Users have the ability for to create and manage unlimited number of **personalized views** using predefined **highlights**, ensuring customization to individual needs. All members start with a global **Organization** **view** and a custom **My roles and circles view** focused on their **assignations**. What is more, the chart views are **persistent** to enable users to switch between different applications without losing their place.

The **interactive legend** in the bottom left corner allows you to filter and easily identify specific roles and circles by clicking on the legend item.

## Adding a customized chart view

* Open the list of chart views by clicking on the arrow next to default view
* Click on **Add view**
* Add your view's **name** and [highlights](https://help.holaspirit.com/en/article/manage-highlights-as-an-admin-xvuky7/)
* Choose between **highlights** the view will be based on:

* Organization's highlights defined by admins
* Your **roles** and **circles**
* Role/circle **status** (vacant, hiring, core, transversal, main)
* Role/circle **activity**
* Role/circle **FTE**
* Custom highlight's colour to meet your visual needs
* Click on **Add view**

The view will be automatically added and applied to your chart.

## Editing and deleting customized chart views

Once a view is created, you can **edit** and **delete** it **at any time**. Select this view from the list and click on the **edit** or **trash icon** to make the necessary changes.
