# How to manage missed meetings and their agenda items ?

Sometimes meetings get missed — and that’s okay. Holaspirit makes it easy to reschedule, so your team can stay aligned without losing momentum. Quickly set a new date and pick up right where you left off.

# Who can manage missed meetings? 

All the members added to the meeting as participants can manage and reschedule it.

# What happens to the missed meetings?

A meeting is **missed** if it was **not opened** the same day it was scheduled for.

*  Missed meetings remain in the **Missed** section for **24 hours** post-scheduled time.
* Missed meetings **without agendas** are auto-deleted after an **additional 24 hours.**
* Meetings with **agenda items** are kept for **8 days** before auto-deletion and, then, agenda items **revert to owners' Inboxes**.

# How to reschedule a missed meeting?

* Find the missed meeting in the **Missed** section
* Click on **Reschedule**
* Select a new **date** and **time**
* Click again on Reschedule to save the changes

📌 **Note:** After rescheduling, the meeting will disappear from the **Missed** section and ca be found under the **Future meetings**.

# Transferring agenda items to a meeting of the recurrence

* Find the missed meeting in the **Missed** section
* Click on the **agenda transfer icon**
* **Select the meeting of the same recurrence** you wish to move the agenda items to
* Click on **Transfer** to confirm
* Once the agenda is transferred, the missed meeting is automatically deleted


📌 **Note:** Unique meeting agendas are non-transferable as they don't have a recurrence.
