# How to mention operations?

Bringing clarity and context to your organization's content just got easier. By mentioning operations directly in your text fields, you can guide your teamates to the right information instantly—no need to search manually or switch between views. This feature enhances collaboration and keeps everyone aligned by making your content more interactive, structured, and actionable.

# How to mention operations? 

You can mention operational elements using the `#` command in any rich text field across the platform (description, core and custom governance text fields, member text fields, comments, publications, etc.). Here’s how it works:

* Type **#** in any text field
* Start ** typing the name** of the operation (board, task/project/action, OKR) you want to mention
* **Select** the relevant item **from the list** that appears.
* The item is inserted as a **clickable mention**, linking directly to the corresponding page

✅ **Works in all rich text fields**, including:

* Role, circle, and domain descriptions
* Publications
