# How to receive a digest email notification?

In fast-paced, agile environments, it's easy to lose track of what matters most. Between tasks, checklists, meetings, OKRs, elections, and proposals, users often find themselves juggling multiple tabs and tools—leading to mental overload and missed deadlines. The **Digest Email** is here to simplify your life. This smart, customizable summary gathers all your key actions and deadlines in one clean email, delivered straight to your inbox daily or weekly. No more jumping between spaces—just one central view of what needs your attention. 


# How to Activate Your Digest Notification?

You're in control of what—and how often—you receive your digest:

1. Go to **My Account** > **Notifications**
2. Toggle the **Digest Email** option **ON**
3. Choose your preferred **frequency**:

* **Daily** (ideal for high activity)
* **Weekly** (default setting)

4. Customize the **contents** of your digest by selecting the types of activities you want to include:
* **Tasks** due during the period
* **Metrics & Checklist**s that need input
* **Meetings** scheduled for the selected timeframe
* **OKRs** nearing the end of their timeline
* **Elections** that have reached their term
* **Proposals** awaiting your validation
