# Who can transfer unprocessed agenda items to another meeting? 

Only **the meeting secretary **can manage unprocessed agenda items and move them to another meeting of the same recurrence.

# What happens with unprocessed agenda items?

👉 For **unique meetings** (those that don't have a recurrence added), the remaining unprocessed agenda items **return to their owners' Inbox**.

👉 For **recurrent meetings**, the unprocessed agenda items **can be** **transferred to another recurrent meeting** or, if not transferred, they automatically **go back to the Inbox** of their creators.

# How to transfer unprocessed agenda items to another meeting?

**Agenda items** can only be transferred to meetings of **the same recurrence**.

* Click on **Close this meeting button**
* Choose to **transfer agenda items**
* **Select another recurrent meeting** you wish to move unprocessed agenda items to
* **Close** to save your choice

# How to verify which agenda items were unprocessed and transferred?

The agenda items can be **processed** (**accepted** or **rejected**) or remain **unprocessed** and **transferred** to another meeting. All those statuses can be found in the **report of the meeting to which they were brought**.
