Create a project

To create a new project outside of tactical meetings, go to the Projects module in the left navigation menu.

  • Click Add Project at the top right corner of the page or at the bottom of a project column.
  • Add a Title.
  • Role: You can assign the project to a role in the organization. Click Role and select the appropriate role in the circle. You will have the possible to select only few holders of that role as part of the project.
    You can also leave this field empty and assign the project to members of the organization - regardless of roles.
  • Status: Select the column in which you want to create the project, Future / Waiting / Current or Done
  • Add a Project Description (project's needs, objectives, project's details ...)
  • Add a Link to an attachment if necessary.
  • Assign members: You can select several members in the role or in the organization who will work on the project.
  • Attach an OKR to create alignment in the organization. Adding an OKR allows you to visualize how the project contributes to the achievement of the goal or its key results.
  • Add a to-do-list: Add a list of actions with checkbox to accomplish to complete the project. You can link the checklist items to the Actions of members or roles.

    Click on the 3 dots next to the item and click on Create an action on this checklist. The action will automatically be created for the roles or members assigned to the project.
  • Click on Create Project to validate

Edit a project

  • Hover your mouse over the project you wish to edit to reveal the options menu
  • Click the 3 dots that appear in the corner of the project
  • Click Edit
  • Make the desired changes
  • Click Save

Note: you can only move a project in a circle where you are a member (with or without a role).

Delete a project

  • Hover your mouse over the project you wish to delete to reveal the options menu
  • Click the 3 dots that appear in the corner of the project
  • Click Delete

Sort projects

  • Click the "..." icon at the top-right of any project column
  • Click Sort
  • Click how you would like the displayed projects to be sorted

Share projects with your teammates

  • Hover your mouse over a project to reveal the options menu
  • Click the 3 dots that appear in the corner of the project
  • Click Copy URL. This will automatically copy a link to the specific project for others to easily view
