The Documents tab of Members, Roles, and Circles give you access to an overview of the relevant publications. From here, you will be able to find valuable information to understand the role or the circle and see the document shared by each member of your organization.

Create a publication
Navigate to the Role you wish to add a publication to
Click Documents
Click Add publication
Add a Title and Description. You can also add a Link for reference.
Click Create a publication

Edit a publication
Click the 3 dots on the publication you wish to edit
Click Edit publication
Make the desired edits
Click Save

Delete a publication
Click the 3 dots of the publication you wish to delete
Click Delete publication
Click Delete
