You can manage your email notifications subscription for each circle of the organization when:

  • Closing a tactical meeting
  • Closing a governance meeting
  • Adding, modifying, or deleting a publication to a role in a circle
  • New meetings are scheduled

Manage your email preferences

  • Click on your profile icon at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu
  • Click on Your preferences
  • Select the circle desired and check/uncheck the event(s) you want to start or stop notifications for 
  • Click Save
  • Select another circle (or type to search for a circle) to manage your preferences for other circles

Following another circle

You can also choose to follow the updates from a Circle you do not hold a role in. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the circle you wish to follow
  • Click the "..." menu icon in the top-right corner
  • Click Notifications
  • Select which updates you would like to receive
  • Click Save
