Adding members or role to cards

Learn how to assign members or roles to Projects, Actions, OKRs, Checklists and Metrics

Operation cards are basically Project, Action, OKR, Checklist, Metric pages. You can assign to them not only circles, but also roles and members. The cards assigned will be visible in the corresponding menu (for example: My projects, My actions).


Adding a role to a card

To add a role to a card:

  • Choose Role from the right side of the card

  • Find the needed role: type its name or scroll down the list

  • Click on the role to select it

After adding a role, if there is only one member assigned to it, they will be automatically added to the card. If you would like to assign only some role holders, click on Members and leave only those needed.

📌 Note: You can only select a role inside the circle you are creating the card for.


Removing a role from a card

To remove a role from a card:

  • Go to the chosen role on the card

  • Click on X button to remove it

📌 Note: If you delete the role from the card, the role holders assigned will not be removed at the same time.


Adding a member to a card

The users can be added to the card if they are members of the circle assigned to it.

To add a member to a card:

  • Choose Members from the right side of the card

  • Find the needed member: type its name or scroll down the list

  • Click on the member to select them

📌 Note: If the card is already assigned to a role, you can only select its role holders.


Removing a member from a card

To remove a member from a card:

  • Choose Members from the right side of the card

  • Click on the ticked member to deselect them
