An invitation email can be generated when a new user is added to your Holaspirit account. This email includes a link for the new user to verify and configure their account. In this article, we will cover how to re-send this invitation email to new users.
Note: The invitation email can only be re-sent to new users if they have not yet logged into their Holaspirit account.
Go to Administration > Manage users
Click the bottleneck icon to filter the type to Invited users
Click Search to filter
To resend the invitation to all the invited users, click on the letter icon
To individually resend the invitation, click on the 3 dots next to the user you want to sent the invite to.
⭐ Quick tip: regularly check the invitations to identify users who did not activate their account.
Note: An invitation is valid for 6 months. After that, it will be automatically deleted. The invitation reminder will not extend its lifetime.
⚠️ Troubleshooting when a user does not get the invitation
The email address might be incorrect. Double check the user address, if you need to change it, see this article.
Make sure the test mode is turned off.
