🧪 Experimental feature : Projects Timeline view
We're introducing a new Timeline view in the Projects app as part of a new organization experimental features! 👏
🤔 What's an organization experimental feature?
We're dissociating experimental features which can be enabled at member level and at organization level :
- Organization experiments can only be enabled and disabled by admins for all members in the organization, activating the feature for everyone.
- Member experiments are member-centric, members can enable and disable them for themselves only.
For all members, these experiments are still manageable from the Experiments features entry in their avatar menu.
🆕 What's new with the Timeline view?
- Members can assign start and end dates to tasks and subtasks. If only the end date is set, it will function as a due date, like before.
- The Timeline view is available for all members in the Projects app, accessible in project boards and My Tasks (just like the Kanban and Hierarchy views).
- The view allows grouping the tasks displayed on the timeline by role, label, board and more...
- Tasks in the timeline can be managed via drag-and-drop, automatically updating start and end dates.
- The Timeline view can be enabled or disabled in the Holacracy add-on to match strict Holacracy settings. If the add-on is enabled, this view is disabled by default but can be manually enabled.
📉 Holacracy add-on statistics
Get detailed insights into your organization's Holacracy practices with the new statistics dashboard. 🚀
Access the **Statistics tab from the *Holacracy*** add-on to view:
- Global statistics over a selected period regarding governance evolutions and meetings.
- The history of governance evolutions over the past 12 months in a dedicated table with filtering options.
- The total number of tactical and governance meetings over the past 12 months, with simple filters by circle and meeting type.
All statistics can be exported to a .csv document from the Exports tab of the Holacracy add-on.
🖥️ Video conference add-on
Holaspirit now supports video conferencing directly within the platform, allowing users to generate video conferencing links and centralize meeting management.
- The add-on can be *enabled by admins in *Administration > *Video conference***, with a 30-day free trial.
- Easily generate video conference links when creating or editing a meeting, directly within Holaspirit, no external tools required!
- The video link integrates seamlessly with your external calendars.

👥 Meeting attendees tracking
We’ve just enhanced your meeting experience with a new attendance tracking feature, allowing secretary to record meeting attendees.
🆕 What's new?
- Admins can easily enable or disable the attendees listing feature within Meeting templates, as part of the Check-in step.
- If the listing is enabled, a dynamic checklist of the meeting participants appears during the meeting (in the Check-in step-), allowing the secretary to quickly check attendees.
- Members which connect to the Holaspirit meeting are automatically marked as present.
- The attendees checklist appears in meeting reports to track who was present, not only the people who connected to the meeting.

Optimize your role data management with these key updates. 🎯
✅ FTE Update Notifications:
Admins can now set up in-app notifications (from Administration > Time Spent) with customizable start dates, times, and recurrence to prompt members to update their data via a direct link.
✅ Information Display Enhancements:
- View the total number of roles in each circle directly on the circle page (even without the add-on enabled).
- See individual FTE totals for each member in the Members tab.
✅ Admin Time Spent Management:
Admins can access and edit Time Spent data for any member directly from the Members dashboard or the member's profile page.
✅ Detailed Exports for Admins:
A new Exports tab in Administration > Time Spent offers comprehensive data exports for all circles or specific ones, along with key statistics.

We’ve made it easier to navigate and manage your meetings and reports with more readable views and cleaner design. ✨

- Scheduled meetings now display key details (date, time, title, circle and members) in a clear, readable format.
- The Started label highlights open meetings for quick identification.
- Rescheduling and transferring tensions is simpler with more intuitive buttons.
