Duplicating a task board can streamline project management by replicating successful structures and workflows. It offers teams the opportunity to maintain consistency and efficiency across multiple projects or departments with minimal effort.

📌 Note: Project board cannot be duplicated if multiple board creation was deactivated in the Administration Settings.

How to duplicate a project board?

Go to My boards tab or projects in your circle's page
Click on three-dots menu on the chosen board
Choose to duplicate board
Rename the copied board if needed
Confirm by clicking on Duplicate button



📌 Note: All tasks of the duplicated board will be copied too. However, assignations, due date, progress bar and attached OKRs won't be saved.
