In need of an API token? You can create as many as you wish, all by yourself! To make users more autonomous, Holaspirit makes it available for Admins to manage their API.

What is an API?

API (Application Programming Interface) is a software intermediary that allows two applications to connect to each other. APIs are an accessible way to extract and share data within and across organizations.

With an API token, you can access Holaspirit's API and easily make a link between your organization's and Holaspirit's data.

📌 Note: You can generate a read-only access token.

How to create an API token?

👤 Only Admins can create an API token.

To generate an API token:

Go to Administration settings
Find the API tab
Click on Generate token



Enter your token's name
Click on Create



Your API token is ready to be copied and used to connect with a third-party product.

📌 Note: You will be able to verify when your token was last created and used.

How to delete an API token?

To delete an API token:

Go to Administration settings
Find the API tab
Click on bin icon



Click on Delete to confirm the deletion of your API token
