We're introducing new flexible meetings as part of a new organization experimental features! 👏

We are introducing the ability to organize meetings without participant restrictions, whether they are roles, circles, or members, thus enhancing overall collaboration within the organization. This feature allows users to create flexible meetings by freely assigning participants!

With this new feature, meetings can include various types of participants while maintaining control over the available meeting steps depending on the chosen configuration.

OKR stands for Objective and Key Results.

OKRs are meant to set strategy and goals over a specified amount of time for an organization and teams. An OKR consists of an Objective, which defines a goal to be achieved, and Key Results, which measure progress towards the Objective in an actionable way. Each OKR can be linked to Projects, which describe the work required to drive progress on the Key Results.

OKR = Objective + Key Results + Projects

Which means: I will achieve Objective measured by Results by doing Projects.

Objective describes the goal or the outcome to be achieved within a given timeframe. It sets a clear direction that provides the greater purpose for your team. It communicates that this goal is important now and requires collaborative effort (ambitious and qualitative).
Key Results are a set of metrics with a starting value and a target value that measure your progress towards the Objective (quantitative and measurable).

When run poorly, meetings can be a big waste of time. That’s why it is crucial to have clear communication about the meeting's purpose, agenda, goals, and what outcomes are expected.

A well-organized meeting has a solid meeting agenda. Because team meetings are usually recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc…) you should invest in creating an agenda template that lists out common agenda topics. That way you can always be ready for your next meeting.

How to duplicate a circle?

To help you save time building your organization, and because sometimes teams are based on the same structure, Holaspirit allows you to create a circle by copying it from an existing one.

What information is duplicated?

Duplicating a circle copies the name of the circle, subcircles and the roles (including role templates) within it. You can choose the roles and subcircles you want included in your new circle and modify its name when creating it.

The Purpose, Accountabilities, Domains and Custom fields will be added to the new circle by default. If you wish to edit them, you'll have to do it after the circle has been created, through a governance proposal.

The operational items (Checklist, Metrics, Projects, Actions, Documents and OKRs) will not be duplicated in the new circle.

📌 Note: If Core roles are in place in your organization, they will automatically be added to the new circle.

Export your organization's data as an Admin

Accepted Answer

Holaspirit allows platform Admins to export data relating to their organization in Excel format. This information allows you to optimally manage access to the platform, save the structure of your organization (roles and circles), its members and many other possibilities.

⭐ Tip: To facilitate exports, make sure that your browser allows pop-ups and redirecting from Holaspirit.

Export your organization's data

👤 These exports are only available to Administrators.

For security purposes, you can export and download all the data currently available in your organization:

Click on your profile icon and select Administration
Go to Security
In the Data export section, click on the Export button

This export includes:

Members (name, contact details, last login date…)
Assignation of members to circles and roles
Circles & Roles (purpose, domains, accountabilities…)
Policies
All Actions, Projects, OKRs, Publications, Checklists and Metrics contents and assignation
Meetings (type, date and time scheduled
