What are Inactive members?
Inactive members are basically guest users. Because they can be contributors to your organization, they need to be visible in your structure and be able to view it, but don't participate in its operations and decisions. What can inactive members do? Some members can hold the Inactive status within your organization, which gives them limited access to Holaspirit. From their account, they can only access the Governance and Members apps.  by default. This means that they can participate in the operations and decisions of the circle. This member status within the circle can be revoked in order for members to become non decision-makers (also called non-core members), and not be able to participate in the decisions of the circle. š Note: Inactive members are non decision-makers (non-core members) by default. Circle Admins are members of a circle who hold additional rights within the circle. What can circle admins do? What is Governance? Governance is your organizationās map of its current architecture including roles, circles and different authorities. It allows building a structure, setting clear expectations and giving a transparent view of authority at every level in the organization. On Holaspirit, the Governance app gives you access to your organization's chart and its list of roles and circles.  from one circle to work in another.
