Create a proposal with AI Assistant

Creating a proposal for adding or editing a role or circle with our AI Assistant allows for quick generation of well-structured content. It also ensures that updates align with governance best practices, fostering continuous organizational improvement. The process closely resembles adding a classic proposal:

• Go to your Proposals App
• Find Add proposal button
• Insert name, circle, and description
• Choose whether to add or edit role or circle, the AI Assistant will be only available for those evolutions
• Once the initial content for Purpose, Domains, and Accountabilities is generated, you can generate it again with the ☆Regenerate button
• To add new Domains and Accountabilities, click on ☆Generate Domain and ☆Generate Accountability buttons
• Save changes and submit the proposal
