How to add a videoconference link to a meeting?

Holaspirit offers a built-in video conferencing feature to help teams collaborate seamlessly without needing external tools. This add-on allows users to create, manage, and join online meetings directly from the platform while staying synchronized with external calendars.


Enabling the Video Conference Add-on


The Video Conference add-on is available for all organizations and can be activated by administrators in the Administration settings.


To enable the add-on:


  • Go to Administration in the left-hand menu
  • Navigate to the Add-ons section
  • Find Video Conference in the list of available add-ons
  • Click Enable to activate the feature



📌 Note: The add-on is free for a 30-day trial period. After the trial, administrators can evaluate its adoption before deciding on future integration options.


Using the Video Conference Feature


Once the add-on is activated, all users can easily generate a video conference link when creating or editing a meeting.


To create a Video Conference Link:


  • Go to the Meetings section in Holaspirit
  • Click Create a Meeting or select an existing meeting to edit
  • In the meeting details, you will find an option to Generate Video Conference Link
  • Click the button to create a unique video conference link
  • The link will automatically be included in the meeting details and invitations sent to participants



Joining a Video Conference


Participants can join the video conference directly from the meeting details page. Simply click on the Join Video Call button at the scheduled time.
