How to use secondary navigation?
To make it even easier to explore and use all of Holaspirit’s features, we’ve introduced a secondary navigation system. Designed to be more intuitive and consistent, this new layout helps you quickly find the tools and views you need, right where you expect them. Let’s take a closer look at how it works and how it can support your daily use of the platform.

👥 The secondary navigation is available in the Experimental Features mode. Every member of your organisation can activate and test it on their own workspace. How to do it?
Open your profile menu
Click on Experimental Features
Scroll down to find Secondary Navigation feature
Toggle the button and save the changes

With the introduction of the secondary navigation panel, browsing Holaspirit becomes smoother and more streamlined. This new panel replaces the previous tab-based access on most views, making it easier to switch between key sections. Some apps have also been merged to simplify the experience and bring related features together in one place.
The new Structure app brings together the former Governance, Proposals, and Publications apps in one unified space. To reflect its purpose more clearly, the Publications app is now called Working Agreements.
You can also personalize this view by choosing which circles and roles to pin, so only the ones most relevant to you appear in the right-hand menu — keeping your navigation clean and focused.

The new Projects app combines the former Projects and OKRs apps into a single, streamlined space. The OKRs app is now called Goals, making its purpose clearer and more aligned with everyday use.
Bringing these two features together makes it easier to connect strategic goals with concrete projects—helping teams stay focused, aligned, and action-oriented. It’s a more relevant setup for teams who want to track both what they’re working on and why it matters, all in one place.

The new Meetings app merges the previous Meetings and Inbox apps into a single, centralized space. Here, you’ll find everything related to team discussions and decision-making, including upcoming meetings, past meeting reports, captured tensions, and your tension history.
This unified view makes it easier to prepare for meetings, track what’s been discussed, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks—keeping your team aligned and informed.
