How to import proposals in meetings as the meeting Secretary?
If you're a Secretary or the host of a Governance meeting, you can import the proposals submitted asynchronously and currently in progress within your circle, to the meeting.
📌 Note: This is the only time the secretary can import an item for other members of the circle.
In the meeting:
Click on Import to see the list of your submitted proposals and those of the circle members
Tick the box next to the proposal(s) you want to import
Click on Import to confirm
