How can I see my roles?
In a role-based organization, roles define your responsibilities and guide your actions. On Holaspirit by Talkspirit, each role serves as a clear map of your accountabilities, goals, and place in the organization. This article walks you through how to find your roles, explore their scope, and understand the structure of your organization.
To see the roles you’re assigned to, head to the Governance section using the left-hand navigation bar.
Select the Roles page, then click on My Roles. This section displays a personalized list of all your active roles. Each role card shows:
The name of the role
The circle it belongs to
Its purpose
The members assigned to it
Clicking on a role opens a detailed view with tabs for:
Purpose: What the role is meant to achieve
Accountabilities: Specific responsibilities tied to the role
Domains and Policies: What the role controls or governs
Members: People currently assigned to this role
You’ll also find dedicated tabs for accessing key operational details:
Documents
Activities
Metrics
Checklists
Projects
OKRs
If a role is currently hiring or there’s a governance proposal requiring your vote, you’ll see a visual indicator on the role card.
Beyond your roles, Holaspirit by Talkspirit lets you explore the full role structure of your organization.
Navigate to the Chart view in the Governance app. This dynamic visualization shows how teams connect and how responsibilities are distributed across your organization.
On the Roles page, switch to All Roles to browse every role in your workspace. This is a great way to identify who does what and find collaborators.
No problem! You can still get involved:
Visit the Vacant and Hiring Roles section to see open positions.
Reach out to the person or role responsible for assignments in your organization.
