How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address at any time, simply follow these steps:
Click on your profile icon at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu
Click on My account
Go to Authentication
Below Email, type your new email address
Click Save
Holaspirit will send a confirmation email. To complete the change, open your mailbox and click the Confirm the account link.
📌 Note: If your organization has set up enforced SAML authentication or Google SSO, you won't be able to change your email address. Please ask your administrator.
