You can mention operational elements using the # command in any rich text field across the platform (description, core and custom governance text fields, member text fields, comments, publications, etc.). Here’s how it works:
Type # in any text field
Start typing the name of the operation (board, task/project/action, OKR) you want to mention
Select the relevant item from the list that appears.
The item is inserted as a clickable mention, linking directly to the corresponding page
✅ Works in all rich text fields, including:
Role, circle, and domain descriptions
Publications
Comments
Member profile fields
Core and custom governance fields
📌 Note: you can only mention items you have access to and edit rights on.
