In order to facilitate general operations, Holaspirit allows Users to export data of their organisation.

Who can export those data?

All data described in this article can be exported by members and administrators.

Export Circles

You can export details of every circle you are a member of. The circle export contains:

• Circle name and ID,
• Roles and subcircles assigned to the circle, their IDs, the information if they are linked to a template or hiring,
• Its roles and subcircles creation date and inserted time spent value,
• Roles and subcircles purpose, accountabilities, domains, strategy and custom fields.

Export Projects

You can export all projects of your organization, for your circle(s), the circle(s) you're not a member of as well as archived projects. It contains:

• The circle, role or member(s) assigned to the project
• The column it's in
• Its status (current or archived)
• Its name and description

To export your organization's projects:

• Go to your Projects app
• Open the three-dots menu
• Click on the Export Tasks button

Export OKRs

You can export an overview of all your organization's OKRs, which includes:

• The circle, role or member(s) assigned to the OKR
• Its status (current or archived)
• Its name and description
• The parent OKR it's linked to
• Its key results
• Its timeframe and advancement

To export your organization's OKRs:

• Go to your OKR app
• Click on the Export button in the top right
• Click again on the Download button

Export your organization chart

Go to the Chart page:

• Go to the main Governance page
• Find the export button on the top right
• Export the circle to PNG to upload a screenshot of your Chart
