Get Notified

Notifications work by connecting a circle to a specific Teams channel.

Any new proposal, assignation, election, meetings activities, projects, and OKRs status changes are sent directly into your Microsoft Teams channel, so you’re always in the loop.

How to set up Microsoft Teams integration for your circle?

To activate the Teams integration for your circle:

• You must be a Holaspirit Admin or a circle admin to activate the Microsoft Teams integration in your circle.

In MS Teams: You should see the "Teams" icon appear on the left when you are connected to: https://teams.live.com/_#/conversations/?ctx=chat

If the Teams icon does not appear, it means that you have not chosen a license for this account, you can choose "Microsoft 365 Business Basic" or "Microsoft Teams Exploratory".

Configuration instructions

📌  Note: A Teams channel can be linked to more than one Holaspirit circle.

To set up MS Teams integration for your circle:

• As an Admin or Circle Admin, go to your Circle page
• Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner
• Select Settings

• Go to the Integrations tab
• Click on the Activate button next to Microsoft Teams
• Sign in to your professional Microsoft Teams account
• Select the Team and the Channel Holaspirit will post notification on

• Click Save

Holaspirit will notify you for specific events happening in the circle. If you wish to restrict the amount of notification you receive, untick the notification type in the menu.

👍 All set! You've added Holaspirit to your Microsoft Team channel.

📌  Note: Additional steps might be required in MS Teams administration if app approval is turned on for your team.
