Quick tips and a message example for rolling out Holaspirit

Holaspirit is a tool to visualize and build a dynamic and collaborative chart of how your organization actually gets work done.

So that you can more easily share Holaspirit with your team and get up and running fast, here's a quick guide.

  1. Copy the template below into an email or Slack message to your teammates.

  2. Make adjustments and customize specifically to your company.

  3. Follow up with invitations.


Email Template

Hi Team,

So that we can create structure, transparency, and clear expectations in our organization, I'm sending out invites joining an app called Holaspirit (www.holaspirit.com).

Here you can see a visualization of our organization based on roles and teams (circles). It connects Roles (what people are actually doing) in the organization with a clear map of accountabilities, metrics, projects and OKRs. With this new org chart, you can always see which roles and teams you're at and what purpose, i.e. the contribution to the whole, each team is pursuing.

It also connects to the tools we already use like Slack, Trello, Asana and other apps!

Why are we using Holaspirit?
It will help us:

  • Support the implementation of a new organization design (whether it is Holacracy, Sociocracy, or other methodologies)

  • Provide better visibility across the team into what everyone is working on and who has the authority to decide

  • Organize our meeting and record our decision in one place where they won't get lost

  • Give more autonomy to everyone in the organization to speed up our decision-making process and execution

  • Ease the onboarding of new employees

How to get started?

  1. You will receive an email invitation for Holaspirit shortly. Please sign up using your work email and create your password (if you have activated SAML/SSO, they can just click Login SAML or Login SSO and don't require a password)

  2. The account set up process is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Make sure you set up your notifications.

  3. Holaspirit is fairly easy to learn, but you may want to check out Holaspirit's Getting Started guide. You can start looking around in the tool, maybe you'll discover a team or a role that you didn't even have in mind?

    Then take a look at your own role (s). Everything fits? Otherwise, coordinate with your team lead.
