Introducing a comprehensive search solution that allows you to find roles, circles, and members all in one place! Enjoy clear search results with intuitive suggestions based on item names or content, and automatic zooming on relevant charts. Benefit from quick access to your recent searches, streamlining navigation and enhancing productivity.

How to use the chart search?

Based on the general search, the chart search allows you to quickly identify circles, roles, and members in the structure of your organisation. All you need to do is find the search bar in the top right corner of your Governance page and type in the keyword, then, the suggested results will appear.

The search provides suggestions based on the item's name or content (e.g. accountability, domains) to give you more clarity as to what they can find on your chart. Once you click on one of the search suggestions, the chart will automatically zoom in on it. Then, you will have access to up to 7 suggestions you clicked on before for quicker access.

How to use chart search filters?

The search on the chart is assisted by powerful filters, that can be found in the search window by clicking on the search bar. Your filters to choose from are: All, Roles, Circles and Members. After selecting one of them, only results that match the filter will be shown. What's more, by typing a keyword, you can also find results that are included in the description of the item, such as accountabilities, domains etc.
