How can I synchronize my circles meetings to my external calendar?

How to synchronize meetings with Outlook or Google?

  • Go to your Meetings app

  • Click on Synchronize calendar button at the top right

  • Choose whether to synchronize with Google or Outlook

  • Accept permissions needed to synchronize your calendar

  • After being redirected back to Holaspirit, choose circles you want to synchronize your external calendar with. You can select any circle you are a member of.

  • Click on Confirm synchronization button and wait till it's done !

📌 Note: Synchronization status is easily accessible in the top right corner of the Meetings application. If the synchronization fails, you will be also notified by email.

Once the synchronization installation is complete, all the meetings of your chosen circles will be immediately visible in your external calendar. What's more, editing and deleting the meeting will also be reflected right away. After opening the meeting tab in the external calendar, you will see all the meeting information there: name, description, location, URL, circle and template.


How to synchronize my meetings with other calendars?

  • Go to your Meetings app

  • Click on Synchronize calendar button at the top right

  • Click on ICS calendar link button to copy the URL

  • Paste the URL to create a new calendar in your preferred calendar application
