OKRs are meant to set strategy and goals for an organization and teams. To visualize them in a clear and transparent way, Holaspirit introduced several viewing options.

In this article, we show you around each view available and how you can navigate it!

Timeline, List and Hierarchy main views

The three main views allow you to see your OKRs according to information relating to the OKRs: their timeframe and how they're linked to one another.

Timeline view

The main Timeline view allows you to visualize your OKRs depending on the timeframe applied to them. By selecting this section, you will access two sub-views: My OKRs and All OKRs.

List view

The List view allows easy navigation between the OKRs, which are presented one by one on the list. By choosing this view, you will have access to: My OKRs, All OKRs and Archived OKRs.

Hierarchy view

The Hierarchy view allows you to overview the structure of the OKRs of your organization. It starts with the company OKR and grows with the OKRs linked to them, allowing to easily visualize objectives.
