To help you keep a precise record of who’s attending your meetings, Holaspirit offers a participant roll-call feature. This ensures the attendance list reflects those actually present, both during the meeting and in the meeting report.

How to activate the meeting participants list feature?

This feature allows you to easily mark participants as present, helping you keep accurate records without relying on manual descriptions or custom steps.

👤 Only Admins can enable attendee listing.

  • Go to Administration Settings

  • Choose Meetings tab and Meeting Templates section

  • Edit an existing template or add a new one

  • Choose the Check-in meeting step

  • Activate the Display meeting participants list toggle button

  • Save the changes

You're ready to go! When starting a meeting based on the template with this feature activated, the meeting participants list will be available.

📌 Note: By default, this toggle is activated for all existing templates with a Check-in step, but it can be manually deactivated.

How the meeting participants list works in meetings?

During the meeting, a checklist of all circle members is displayed below the Check-in step description. When the meeting starts, the secretary can manually check members as present, or they’ll be automatically marked if they join through Holaspirit. For larger groups, members are displayed in lists of 20 with additional columns. Checked members remain marked even if they disconnect, and the checklist is visible to all participants throughout the meeting.

The participant checklist is included in the meetings report Check-in section, and only members marked as present will appear in the report header. Once the meeting is over, the report provides a clear and accurate record of attendance, showing only those who actively participated.

Now you can keep a clear and accurate record of your meeting attendees, ensuring your reports reflect real participation!
