The meeting Secretary holds the crucial responsibility to capture the important information shared during the meeting and relate the actions agreed on by the circle on Holaspirit.
The member opening the meeting, either by creating and opening it straight away or opening a scheduled meeting, is set as Secretary by default.
How to change the meeting Secretary
Click on the profile icon next to Secretary
Select the profile icon of the member that will take over (only the members attending the meeting on Holaspirit will show)

You can change the Secretary as many times as necessary
Only decision-maker members can be Secretary during the meeting
