There might be some cases where you need to add a member to a circle in which they do not hold a role in order for them to:
Attend the circle's meetings
Be able to submit and vote on proposals and/or participate in the evolution of the circle
Work on the circle's operations (projects, actions, OKRs…)
That's why we've made it possible to add members to circle without them holding a role within it!
How to add a member without a role?
Assigning rules depend on how your organization is configured:
If no role is defined as in charge of assignation across the organization, all members of a circle can add and remove other members.
If a role is in charge of assignation in the organization, only it can add members to the circle.
👉 All members added to a circle are decision makers (core members) by default, apart from Inactive members.
📌 Note: All members can be added as a member without a role no matter their status (Inactive, Admin, User).
