There are different ways to delete a role or a circle.

Notes:

  • By deleting a role, you will also delete all associated projects, metrics, checklists, policies, and documents.

  • By deleting a circle, you will also delete all of its sub-roles as well as its associated projects, actions, policies, and documents. The circle's OKRs will be moved to the "all OKRs" section of Holaspirit.

  1. From the Governance page

2. Delete a role or a circle during a meeting

When you want to change the structure of your organization by deleting a circle or a role, you can discuss this in a meeting.

  • You need to be the secretary of the meeting to capture the results of the meeting

  • Open a meeting in the concerned circle

👉 If you want to delete a role within a circle, open the meeting for that circle

👉 If you want to delete a sub-circle, open the meeting for the circle that contains the sub-circle

  • In the meeting, in the Agenda step, import a tension or add an item to the agenda

  • As the secretary of the meeting, click on Add meeting results, select Role or Circle, and select Delete a role or Delete a circle

  • Choose the circle or role you want to delete from the drop-down list

  • Click on Save

  • Click on Validate

The role or circle is directly deleted in your chart organization

3. Delete a role by decision process outside a meeting

  • In your Tensions section click on Add tension

  • Add a Title, the Circle concerned as well (if you want to delete a circle select the circle that contains the sub-circle)

  • Click on Add evolution, select Role or Circle and select Delete a role or Delete a circle
