How to activate translation in a circle?
Go to your circle and click on the translation icon in the right top corner
Choose the language you want to content be translated in
Save the settings. It might take a while to upload the translations
How to search for translated information?
Search on the platform provides results in the language configured for the member, including the contents translated through the add-on. All you need to do is enter the word you are looking for in the translation language in the search function.
How to review the automatic translation as a translator?
When the Translation Add-on is activated, your organization's administrators can appoint you as one of the translators. You are now in charge of reviewing and validating the machine translations for each text string to ensure that the content is relevant and understandable.
How to review the content?
Go to the Translations add-on in your profile menu
Choose the language you want to review the content in
Filter the content: type a key word, select a circle and translation status
Review, edit the text, and click on Validate. The translations will be updated as soon as you have validated it.
