An invitation email can be generated when a new user is added to your Holaspirit account. This email includes a link for the new user to verify and configure their account. In this article, we will cover how to re-send this invitation email to new users.
Note: The invitation email can only be re-sent to new users if they have not yet logged into their Holaspirit account.
Go to Administration > Manage users
Click the bottleneck icon to filter Invited users
Click Re-send all invitations if you want all users to receive the link
Click on the 3 dots next to the user if you want to individually send the invite.
⭐ Quick tip: regularly check the invitations to identify users who did not activated their account.
Note: An invitation is valid for 6 months. After that, it will be automatically deleted. The invitation reminder will not extend this lifetime.
⚠️ Troubleshooting when user do not get the invitation

Make sure the test mode is turned off.
