How to administrate your project board?

👤 You need to be a project board administrator to be able to manage its settings.

  • Open your board and go to three-dots menu in the right corner

  • Click on Board settings

  • From here, you will be able to:

    • Appoint board admins

    • Decide whether the board should be public or private

    • Define who can manage board assignations (board admins or all board members)

    • Define who can manage board layout (board admins or all board members)

    • Define completion column

📌 Note: Circle admins are board admins by default. It can be changed in the board settings.


Install project board integration

Project board integration allows seamless link of your project board with external tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, and Basecamp. By syncing tasks, deadlines, and progress updates across platforms, teams can now maintain a single source of truth while working within their preferred toolsets. How to do it?

  • Open your project board

  • Click on Integrations button in the three-dots menu

  • Choose the tool and click on Enable

  • You will be redirected to the tool of choice to give it access to your Holaspirit account. Click on Allow to install the integration.

  • Chose a board and list to finish, save the changes

Once integrated, all tasks will be sent from Holaspirit to the installed project management tool. You can access them with a link displayed on the Holaspirit project board. The integrated boards can be easily spotted with the integrated tool icon on the board views.

📌 Note: You can integrate only one external tool per board.
