In order to facilitate general operations, Holaspirit allows Users to export data relating to their organization in Excel format.

Note: You can turn on and off some Holaspirit apps. If the app is not enabled for your organization, you won't have access to its export.

Export Projects
You can export all projects of your organization, for your circle(s), the circle(s) you're not a member of as well as archived projects. It contains:
The circle, role or member(s) assigned to the project
The column it's in
Its status (current or archived)
Its name and description
To export your organization's projects:
Go to your Projects app
Click on the Export button in the top right
Click again on the Download button
Export OKRs
You can export an overview of all your organization's OKRs, which includes:
The circle, role or member(s) assigned to the OKR
Its status (current or archived)
Its name and description
The parent OKR it's linked to
Its key results
Its timeframe and advancement
To export your organization's OKRs:
Go to your OKR app
Click on the Export button in the top right
Click again on the Download button
Export Members
You can export all the information relating to the members in your organization, giving you an overview of the people you work with, including:
Last and first name
Email address and telephone
Date created at organization
Last login date
Location, skills and custom fields
Assignation to roles and circles
To export your organization's members:
Go to your Members app
Click on the Export button in the top right
Click again on the Download button
Export your organization chart
Go to the Chart page:
Click on the icon at the top right
Click on the download icon then click:
Export the organization to PDF to download a PDF file including the list of roles (members, purpose, domains and accountabilities of each role)
Export the circle to PNG to upload a screenshot of your Chart
