At Holaspirit, we love to hear from our users and what they think about the new features released on the platform! A lot of the improvements made to the platform come from users' ideas, suggestions and requests.
To make sharing feedback easier, we've made it possible for all users to share feedback on new features, directly from the platform.
📌 Note: This is different from the Experiments mode as it is available to all users and not only when activated.
How can I spot new features?
It's easy, look out for the pink New icon!
You will be made aware of new features releases directly on you platform with a notification on the Need Help? menu.
Click on question mark icon with the notification and select What's new? to be redirected to our Release note. There, you'll find more information about what's been recently implemented on Holaspirit.
How do I share feedback?
On the page where the feature is available, you'll find a Share your feedback button. If you click on it, you'll be able to tell us what you think with an emoji and a comment.
Your feedback comes straight back to the team for review, don't hesitate to share every thought, idea and suggestion with us!
