Effortlessly visualize tasks, streamline collaboration, and maximize productivity thanks to each of three views within My Tasks, My Boards, and All Boards tabs. Seamlessly transition between Kanban, List, and Hierarchy views, providing unparalleled flexibility to tailor your workflow to your preferences.

🧠 Good to know: All views are persistent. The task view you select remains, no matter if you go to another app or refresh your page.

Kanban view

Visualize workflow and streamline tasks with Kanban view. It displays your main tasks in a visual layout on your project boards, giving you a clear picture of your project's progress at a glance. Easily manage your tasks and move them between columns

📌 Note: In the kanban task view of a circle, you can group your tasks by member, role, label and OKR.

Hierarchy view

Effortlessly manage complex project structures with intuitive hierarchy view. It gives you a comprehensive overview, showcasing how each of your task aligns with larger objectives. You can display off-board and board tasks and unfold their subtasks list to see the whole task structure.

📌 Note: In the hierarchy task view of a circle, you can group your tasks by member, role, label, and OKR.

List view

This view organizes your tasks by their due dates, ensuring you know which tasks need your attention first. It's your guide to efficient prioritization.

📌 Note: In the list task view of a circle, you can group your tasks by member, role, label, and OKR.

Filtering tasks

Looking for a specific task? Filter all of them by key word, name, circle, role, and OKR to quickly find the one you need.

Hiding checked tasks

To better manage tasks, we've separated the checked and unchecked tasks with one button. You can choose to display only the checked, or both ! When checked, a task's completion date will be visible right next to its due date in List and Hierarchy views.
