Add a custom field to roles and circles

  • Click on your avatar and select Administration

  • Go to Custom fields

  • Click on the Add custom field button

  • Complete the Name and Description

  • Select the type of your custom field:

    • Single select

    • Multiselect

    • Text

    • List

    • No display (field is created, contents are saved, but it does not show on role and circle pages)

  • Decide whether you would like to apply it to roles, circles or both

  • Click on Create field to confirm

📌 Note: You can order added custom fields with drag and drop. Their order on the role and circle pages will be the same as in the administration settings.

Edit or delete a custom field from roles and circles

  • Click on your avatar and select Administration

  • Go to Custom fields

  • Click on the 3 dots to the right of the desired field

  • Choose between Edit field or Delete field

  • Confirm the selected action

📌 Note: Deleting a field deletes all the information in it from all circles or role pages. Make sure there is no important information in these fields before deleting them.

How to add information to custom fields?

Custom fields are visible on the role and circle pages within the organization and can be filled in by administrators and circle admins. Simply click on the edit icon and add the information.

Adding Role and Circle Highlights based on custom fields

Based on Role and Circle Fields, Highlights are feature presenting colours applied to roles and circles which contain certain fields. The colours will be applied to the chart and visible to all members, together with a legend based on the rules you defined.

As an Admin, you can apply colours to your chart by defining certain rules depending on the role and circle fields (set by default or customized).
