Manage core fields for roles and circles

Get ready to dive into the world of governance core fields! Customize your Purpose, Domains, Accountabilities, and Policies name to align with your organization's practices.
Go to Governance Fields section in your Administration Settings
Click on Edit in the three-dots menu next to the chosen field
Insert its new name
Click on Save to confirm
📌 Note: Editing governance fields can be restricted with Holacracy App.
The content of core governance fields can be edited by members of the given role or circle on its circle page. There are two possibilities: they can be edited in free-decision more or by governance proposal within the consent-decision mode.
Manage custom fields for roles and circles
It's time to play with governance custom fields! Easily add, edit, and delete them to personalise your role and circle pages.
Go to Custom fields in Administration Settings
Click on the Add custom field button
Complete the Name and Description
Select the type of your custom field:
Single select
Multiselect
Text
List
No display (field is created, contents are saved, but it does not show on role and circle pages)
Decide whether you would like to apply it to roles, circles or both
Click on Create field to confirm
To edit or delete governance custom fields, click in their three-dots menu and select the desired option.
📌 Note: You can order added custom fields with drag and drop. Their order on the role and circle pages will be the same as in the administration settings.
