What happens with unprocessed agenda items?
👉 For unique meetings (those that don't have a recurrence added), the remaining unprocessed agenda items return to their owners' Inbox.
👉 For recurrent meetings, the unprocessed agenda items can be transferred to another recurrent meeting or, if not transferred, they automatically go back to the Inbox of their creators.
How to transfer unprocessed agenda items to another meeting?
Agenda items can only be transferred to meetings of the same recurrence.
As a meeting secretary, you can manage unprocessed agenda items and move them to another meeting of the same recurrence.

How to verify which agenda items were unprocessed and transferred?
The agenda items can be processed (accepted or rejected) or remain unprocessed and transferred to another meeting. All those statuses can be found in the report of the meeting to which they were brought.
