Create a proposal with AI Assistant
Creating a proposal for adding or editing a role or circle with our AI Assistant allows for quick generation of well-structured content. It also ensures that updates align with governance best practices, fostering continuous organizational improvement. The process closely resembles adding a classic proposal:
Go to your Proposals App
Find Add proposal button
Insert name, circle, and description
Choose whether to add or edit role or circle, the AI Assistant will be only available for those evolutions
Once the initial content for Purpose, Domains, and Accountabilities is generated, you can generate it again with the ☆Regenerate button
To add new Domains and Accountabilities, click on ☆Generate Domain and ☆Generate Accountability buttons
Save changes and submit the proposal
